Sugar alternatives

There is a high demand for chocolate without sugar or with sugar substitutes. We are already working with better sugars such as coconut blossom sugar, raw cane sugar and date sugar. We also have recipes with sugar substitutes such as inulin and erythritol. For the real daredevils, we have a recipe of 100% cocoa (and therefore no sugar) 

There is always a possibility to create your own recipe with other sugar alternatives  as long as they are free from the 14 EU allergens.
